CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A Chattanooga man charged after a 2-year-old died with fentanyl in the child’s system has now pleaded guilty.
Online court records show Taiwan Darrell Greathouse entered guilty pleas in Hamilton County Criminal Court on April 10th.
He was convicted of second-degree murder and aggravated child neglect, along with multiple other charges tied to the case.
