Inside a Waterford barn, a single lamb is carrying a powerful legacy of mentorship, generosity and women-led agriculture.
The lamb was donated this year by the Kubeja family as the official Erie County 4-H Scholarship Lamb, an annual opportunity designed to give back to students in the program. All proceeds raised from showing and later selling the animal will go directly into the Erie County 4-H Scholarship Fund, helping future members continue their education.
