MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – One of two men accused of participating in a drive-by shooting that caused a house explosion in the Maysville community pleaded not guilty to criminal charges.
Jeremiah Timothy Turner, 20, of Mobile, pleaded not guilty to shooting into an occupied building and possession of an illegal machine gun conversion device.
The shooting took place on March 22 on Plover Street, near the intersection of Duval Street and Michigan Avenue. According to police, one of the bullets struck an oxygen tank, causing an explosion that left a family homeless and sent a man to the hospital…
