MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A grand jury has declined to indict the man charged in connection with the death of Matthew Wiggins.
Mark Anthony Flores Jr., 30, had been charged with manslaughter. Prosecutors alleged his actions during an altercation recklessly caused Wiggins’ death. A grand jury has since no billed the case, meaning charges will not move forward at this time.
