Syracuse man accused of helping person plant explosive device in ex-girlfriend’s vending machine

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A 30-year-old man has been charged for his alleged role in the explosion of a vending machine owned by his ex-girlfriend, court paperwork shows.

Bay Rosario, from Syracuse, has been arrested on eight charges, including first-degree arson.

He is accused of helping another person plant an explosive device inside a vending machine in a a building at 404 Oak Street…
