KENOSHA, Wis. (WLIP)–A Kenosha County woman is now facing a first-degree intentional homicide charge in the death of her six-year-old daughter, nearly four years after the child was found dead in a Somers apartment.
Kenosha County District Attorney Xavier Solis announced that Christina L. Torchia has been formally charged in connection with the 2022 death. The charge follows a renewed investigation and a recent ruling that the child’s death was a homicide.
