Branded Hub on Campus Tempe, the project is slated to deliver roughly 818 residential units and nearly 2,000 student beds, along with ground-floor restaurant space and a rooftop amenity deck. The building is planned as a mixed-use student housing community with about 818 units and 1,957 beds, plus roughly 5,000 square feet of street-level restaurant space and a rooftop pool and amenity deck, according to industry outlet ConnectCRE.
