NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The North Charleston Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one person injured Friday night.
Officers responded to the Horizon Village neighborhood near Verde Avenue and Four Poles Park Drive in response to reports of gunfire around 8 p.m. Upon arrival, they found shell casings on the road, but did not locate anyone involved in the disturbance.
Shortly after, officers located a person who had been shot on the 2600 block of Woodlawn Avenue. The person was later taken to a hospital for medical attention…
