FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A Fresno police officer’s newborn baby is in a fight for survival, as his family prepares for a major heart surgery.

Three-month-old Tucker Briggs Biedermann, described by his parents as a happy baby who “loves to smile and talk,” was initially diagnosed with a heart murmur.
