AUBURN, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A man who allegedly made noises outside an Auburn residence at night is facing a fugitive from justice charge due to a warrant out of Baltimore, police said.
Auburn Police Capt. Michael Chadwick told NewsChannel 9 | LocalSYR.com that a call came in at about 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 12 for a report of a suspicious incident on Grover Street. It was reported that a man was moaning and making other noises outside of a residence.
Officer went to the area, Chadwick said, adding that the man, Michael Maunder, 33, of Auburn, appeared to be intoxicated. It was found at one point that Maunder had a warrant out of Baltimore for first-degree assault and second-degree assault. He was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice, Chadwick said…
