SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV ) — Testimony inside Syracuse City Court continued Monday in a lawsuit involving tenants at the Nob Hill Apartment complex.
Multiple people took the stand, including tenants, property manager Joe Labita, and one of Mayfair Management Group’s business developers, Francesco Mileto, who is connected to the Syracuse property.
