Three Central New York spots are back in the statewide burger spotlight, and one of them is new to the party.
The New York Beef Council this morning announced the Top 10 finalists in its 10th annual Best NY Burger Competition, and three Syracuse-area restaurants made the cut: Ale & Angus, Brewer Union Cafe and Pound Town Burger Bar.
