FORT DODGE, Iowa — A Des Moines man was convicted of murder by a Webster County jury after he allegedly shot and killed Justo Cruz Calindo last year in Fort Dodge.
The jury found 39-year-old Rolman Humberto Recinos Gonzalez guilty of second-degree murder instead of his previous charge of first-degree murder.
