A man who was pulled from a burning home in North St. Paul died on Monday, officials say.
The North St. Paul Fire Department says firefighters received a report of a fire at a home along Second Avenue East near Charles Street at around 10:10 a.m. When crews arrived, there was heavy smoke and flames inside the home.
