MEDINA, Ohio — The Medina County Park District is accepting sealed bids for several parcels of land in Lafayette Township near Chippewa Lake, the agency announced.
The properties, located along Big Injun Trail just north of Gloria Glens, sit adjacent to the former Chippewa Lake Amusement Park site. The park district is offering the land in six grouped parcels, with minimum bids ranging from $500 to $1,500.
Bidders interested in more than one parcel group must submit separate sealed bids for each. Each envelope must be labeled “Sale of Lots,” along with the corresponding parcel group to be considered…
