BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A murder suspect who was accidentally given bond and released from jail before he was later taken back into custody has been indicted in that case.
Terance Akeem Alexander, 37, was indicted on April 10 and is facing charges of murder, possession of a controlled substance, assault, discharging a gun into an occupied dwelling, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Those charges are in connection to an Aug. 8 homicide on 14th Street North.
Birmingham Police believe Alexander shot and killed Taevion Arnold following an “interaction.”…
