COLUMBIA, S.C. — Columbia-Richland Fire Department answered the call to an early morning fire at a condominium complex in northeast Richland County.
Second-shift crews responding to the two-alarm fire at Royalgate Drive, off Two Notch Road near the Windsor Lake community, found fire coming through the roof on one of the buildings.
