COLUMBUS, OH (WTRF) — A Lima man has been indicted on a bribery charge related to a prior illegal dumping case, according to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.
A grand jury in Allen County indicted Brady Schroeder on one count of bribery, a third-degree felony. The charge carries a possible prison sentence of nine to 36 months.
Schroeder was previously convicted in December of a misdemeanor count involving illegal disposal of construction and demolition debris. In that case, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 60 days suspended pending cleanup of the site.
