MECHANICSBURG, Pa. — Police in Cumberland County have charged a man with exposing himself at a local coffee shop.
Robert W. Suh, 39, of Mechanicsburg, is charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness in connection to the alleged incident, which occurred on March 1 at a business on the 1400 block of Market House Lane, according to Lower Allen Township Police.
