Officials with the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner have identified the man who was killed in a hit-and-run on Magic Mountain Parkway and Tourney Road on Friday evening.
Dion Mumphery, 39, a transient, has been identified as the man who was killed in the hit-and-run collision.
