Historic Helium plant being renovated to Helium Heights

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The historic Amarillo Helium plant is being renovated by the Rosenbach family, with a goal of transforming it to Helium Heights.

The Rosenbach family shared the vision for Helium Heights is to make it a community gathering place, for people to come together for various events and functions. Once the renovation is complete, the Rosenbach’s shared Helium Heights will have a variety of attractions.

“We walked into that building and we immediately knew that this this has got to be a wedding venue and so we’re going to have a wedding venue,” said Daniel Rosenbach, Co-Owner Helium Heights. “We’re going to have a cafe and a bakery out here we’re going to have a couple different restaurants and then we’re going to have a lot of leasable space that we’re going to open up once the buildings are completed.”
