WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill (WTVO) — A body was found in a wooded area of South Beloit on Tuesday, April 14, according to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s office said deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Dearborn Avenue around 11:20 a.m. after receiving reports of a deceased person.
Detectives are conducting a death investigation, and officials say there is no indication of suspicious activity at this time…
