PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Lewis & Clark College is facing a federal complaint alleging the school is violating the Civil Rights Act by discriminating against students on the basis of race in one of its programs and four of the school’s scholarships.
The complaint was filed Tuesday by the Equal Protection Project, a nonprofit that opposes discrimination.
