BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — After deliberating for about a day, a jury agreed on all charges filed against the man accused of kidnapping a woman from a Bakersfield gym parking lot and raping her — all except one.
Vincent DeLeon, 44, was charged with 16 felony counts related to rape, kidnapping, robbery and more.
