NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A woman has been arrested after allegedly leaving the scene of a hit-and-run crash that left a man with a leg injury.
Sullivan Hamilton, 31, is charged with leaving the scene of a collision, failing to update her license and driving without insurance.
The incident happened on March 23, just before 9 p.m., along Dorchester Road between Alaska Avenue and Cross County Road. North Charleston police officers responded to the crash and found that the driver had left the scene without providing information.
