TENNESSEE — A man was killed and a woman was seriously injured in a shooting early Wednesday morning in a South Memphis neighborhood, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Police said the call came in just before 3 a.m. to the area of Alice Drive between Benton and Marjorie streets. When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Authorities said the man’s girlfriend was also found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported for medical treatment, and her injuries were described as life-threatening…
