HARRISBURG, PA — An Allegheny County man was sentenced to state prison after pleading guilty to charges related to providing fentanyl that led to the death of a 15-year-old Oakdale girl in 2024, Attorney General Dave Sunday said.
Shakeirs Foster, 29, pleaded guilty in Allegheny County Court to involuntary manslaughter and delivery of a controlled substance.
He was sentenced to 2½ to 6 years in state prison and is not eligible for boot camp or sentence reduction programs…
