Tucson Fire says a large brush fire in the Agua Caliente Wash Tuesday afternoon is now contained.
Firefighters say they were called to the area north of Speedway, between Harrison and Houghton around 4 p.m.. Tucson Fire’s Wildland Crew was also called in to help as the wash was difficult to get to with large equipment.
The fire was able to be contained and firefighters are now in the mop up stage. Those in the area can expect lingering smoke…
