BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Shafter Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 12-year-old girl.
Police said Liliana Milner was last seen Tuesday night, at around 11:15 p.m., in the 9100 block of Willow Terrace in the Gossamer Grove community of Shafter.
