Just Salad, a popular New York City chain restaurant known for its to-go salad bowls, is officially opening its first location in Upstate New York.
On Wednesday, Just Salad will open its doors at 8124 Transit Road in East Amherst, NY. The salad spot will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
For those who arrive on day one, $1 from every in-store purchase will be donated to the local nonprofit Grassroots Gardens WNY. Additionally, Just Salad will be offering a $5 salad, wrap, warm bowl, or market plate deal from Thursday to Sunday…
