JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) — New dash cam footage from state police shows the moments leading up to and directly after a deputy-involved shooting on Johns Island in February.
The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office said the incident started when it received a call about gunshots. When they arrived at the area, they did not locate the gunman. The office received a similar call the next day.
