CORNELIUS, N.C. (WBTV) – A person was stabbed to death in a Mecklenburg County neighborhood early Wednesday morning.
The stabbing happened at an apartment on Ruffner Drive in Cornelius, not far off Bailey Road, shortly after midnight on April 15.
