Crazy Legs Sports Café opened in February in University City, billing itself as the first restaurant on Earth to cook every menu item with air fryers. Wings, burgers, fries, and other bar grub arrive without grease.
Co-owner Devante Powell launched the business with partner Wilson Rogers near the JW Clay Boulevard/UNC Charlotte light rail station. Powell relocated his family to Charlotte from Flint, Michigan, four years back.
