HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – A suspect in a deadly Horry County shooting has admitted to killing a family member.
The office of Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson announced that on Tuesday, Damarion Nealy, 18, of Loris, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the 2025 shooting death of his uncle.
A judge sentenced Nealy under the Youthful Offender Act to a sentence not to exceed five years in prison, which is the maximum for the charge.
