HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Drivers are being urged to avoid the area of Highway 544 and Susie Lane after a single-vehicle crash left lanes of Conway-bound traffic blocked, according to Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR).
Officials say the vehicle struck a tree, and the crash involved confinement.
