Water Resources Director Erich Marzolf said springs like the one at Silver Springs State Park are severely impaired.

“Silver Springs is a place where we’re working to improve the water quality,” Marzolf said. “We are working with the Department of Environmental Protection to implement what they call a basin action water management plan.”…
