WACO, Texas (KWTX) – A Houston-area man who shot a man in the face while also threatening the mother of his child in April 2023 was placed on felony deferred probation Wednesday.
Tyler De’shun Goudeau Cheeks, 24, of Fresno, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault in October and returned to 54th State District Court Wednesday for sentencing.
