HOUSTON — Residents in southeast Houston’s Meadowcreek Village say an increase in vehicles parked in front and side yards is impacting the neighborhood’s appearance and safety, while a recent shift in city enforcement responsibilities has led to confusion and delays in addressing complaints.
Carol Vaughn, who has lived in Meadowcreek Village for 40 years, said neighbors take pride in their community and want to preserve its quality. She also works with the Meadowcreek Village Civic Club.
