TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Severe weather moving across Green Country has already caused flooding problems in Coweta, forcing road closures and raising safety concerns as more rain moves into the area.
City officials said a culvert failure led to flooding in one area, sending water rushing over a road and into nearby areas. Emergency management officials warned that conditions can change quickly, especially in low-lying areas.
