Tulsa Police bodycam shows aftermath of officer-involved shooting of Michael Glunt

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Police Department released bodycam video showing the aftermath of an officer-involved shooting that resulted in the death of Michael Glunt.

The video was released after multiple open records requests about the shooting. The actual shooting was not recorded on bodycam and is not seen in the video released, which is from the perspective of the second officer on the scene.

In the video, the second officer can be seen racing to the scene and approaching the officer who shot Glunt after he said Glunt fired at him. In the video, Glunt can be seen lying on the sidewalk as officers attempt to talk to him. As more backup arrives, officers move forward with shields and then provide first aid to Glunt until EMSA arrives around the 15-minute mark…
