GRAND Mental Health launches new app to connect people in crisis with care

TULSA, Okla. — GRAND Mental Health has launched a new digital platform aimed at expanding access to mental health care and connecting people in crisis with clinicians faster.

The organization introduced the app, called ApexCare, earlier this month. Leaders say it is designed to quickly link patients to life-saving services, whether they are in an emergency room, a rural area, or at home.

“So what it does is it allows us to see people who are in crisis… and get them on there real quick, give them one-on-one counseling, give them access,” said CEO Carl Hoopes.
