HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. — Hamilton County Commissioners approved a $400,000 investment in the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga Wednesday, an increase from the original $250,000 dollar proposal.
The money, which will come from the county’s economic development fund, will help fund workforce programs, small business, and youth initiatives.
