A San Jose man was charged with murder for allegedly driving the wrong way while drunk and killing a woman, the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Brian Burke, 34, was in Sunnyvale last Thursday when he allegedly drove his pickup truck head-on into a Jeep being driven by a 52-year-old Mountain View woman on her way home from her job at Denny’s.
