ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- A higher court has denied an appeal from a man serving prison time for a deadly hit-and-run crash in Albany.
NewsChannel 13 learned the appellate court rejected the appeal from Nsikak Okure. He had argued that his sentence of 8 to 24 years was “harsh and excessive.”
