COVINGTON, KY (WXIX) — A Kenton County judge has ordered a sober living facility in Covington to stop operating, according to a Kenton County Circuit Court complaint.
The city says Twin Rails Sober Living on Madison Avenue failed to meet state and local standards for recovery residences, even after being given extra time to fix problems.
The judge issued a temporary injunction, meaning Twin Rails must now stop operations at that property.
