FENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJRT) – A Detroit man’s trial started Wednesday, nearly two years after he allegedly killed a Fenton Township man who was trying to sell him Corvette seats.
Court records show jury selection was completed Wednesday in the trial for 31-year-old Omar Brogdon before Judge Khary Hanible in Genesee County Circuit Court. Opening arguments in the case started Thursday.
Brogdon is facing the following charges:
- First-degree premeditated murder.
- Felony murder.
- Armed robbery.
- Three counts of using a firearm to commit a felony.
