The U.S. Department of Labor has cited a Huntsville-based homebuilder with eight serious safety violations after an investigation into a worker’s death in December 2025.
Officials found that Breland Homes Inc. exposed construction workers to multiple safety hazards during groundwork prep, according to a news release.
