Walmart just acquired a multi-acre property in Ocala that currently houses one of their locations, after a decade of leasing the site to free up real estate assets.
Wal Mart Real Estate Business Trust purchased the Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 7855 SW Highway 200 from Ocala NNN LLC for $5,279,967 on April 13. The grocery store is situated within the Shoppes @ Ocala shopping plaza.
The sale includes the 41,389-square-foot grocery store on lot two at the site, which was built in 2016. It does not include the additional commercial properties that comprise lot one at the site.
