A teacher with the Philadelphia School District has been reassigned after being accused of watching people using the restroom inside a Target.
Sources tell NBC10 that officials from the Philadelphia School District contacted the police regarding Naphis Glover, 30, after it was revealed that he had been charged with invasion of privacy and harassment.
According to court documents, earlier this year Abington Police responded to the Target located at 1495 Old York Road, for reports of a man, identified as Glover, invading people’s privacy in the men’s restroom…
