BLUFFTON, S.C. — Libraries for Kids International is celebrating its fifth annual World Book Day with a special event themed “Dreams Under the Serengeti.”
The Bluffton-based nonprofit is inviting the community to the Port Royal Sound Foundation on Saturday, April 25, for an evening of stories, music, food and testimonials. The event begins at 5 p.m.
Up to 200 people from the Lowcountry, surrounding states and overseas are expected to attend. Some guests are expected to wear native African dress.
Keynote speaker from Kenya
